HR service delivery gaining momentum in APAC
The HR service delivery model defines how the HR organization provides services to its customers. It encompasses the full spectrum of HR activities from strategic services to day-to-day support for routine HR transactions, data changes, and employee enquiries. The HR service delivery model should be thought of as influencing the design and management of HR’s people, processes, and technology. Nearly two-thirds of the respondents have a well-defined or a fully defined HR service delivery model which is a marked increase from the 2016-17 edition of our Study. As mature organizations think of greater integration and apply outcomes-based thinking, user experience and analytics form the guiding principles that define their HR service delivery model. India and Thailand are two countries where close to 80% of the respondents have established HR service delivery models. China lags behind in this area with only 60% respondents adopting it.
