The new world of work, workforce and workplace are driven by business expectations. Work is now enabled by “omni-present” technology, and talent aspirations continue to evolve rapidly. The organizational transformations required to thrive in the digital era, and a world of business model disruptions create a need for a cultural shift. The success of any transformation is pivoted on the goals and outcomes it is supposed to deliver on. Increasingly, HR is at the center of driving this change, creating demand for HR transformation to support organizational agility.
